Encore Repair Services purchases consumer electronics and computer hardware in large volume for resale to retailers, other dealers, home shopping networks, and end users. We buy both refurbished equipment and new equipment, including overstocks. We also purchased damaged products, repair them, and sell them in the secondary market. Our target products include iPods, gaming consoles, printers, cameras, and an array of computer hardware. We have recently split from a comany we previously owned that did approximately $80 million in revenue. We've started our own company so we can freely take advantage of this marketplace.
